compiled considering the applicable standards and regulations, the
state of the art as well as our long-time expertise and experience.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage in the
following cases:
Non-compliance with the manual
Improper use
Appointing untrained staff
Unauthorized modifying
Technical modifications
Use of non-standard spare parts
The actual scope of delivery may vary from the descriptions and
illustrations given here in case of special deliveries, demand of
additional order options or due to latest technical changes.
Otherwise, the obligations agreed upon in the delivery contract, the
general terms and conditions as well as the delivery conditions of
the manufacturer and the legal regulations applicable at the time of
signing the contract, are applicable.
