9 Brief description
The new compact mixing pump RITMO XL with 400V AC drive, developed especially
for pumping, spraying and coating of machine-operated dry mortars, materials and
many more items up to 3mm grain size.
Depending on the requirement, the pumping capacity can be adjusted through a
quick pump change. The pneumatic filling is guaranteed via an optional injection
hood in conjunction with a hopper.
The machine consists of portable single components that permit a quick and
comfortable transportation for convenient dimensions and low weight.
10 Material
10.1 Flowability / conveying property
NOTE:
The D6-3 pump can be used at up to 30 bar operating pressure.
The possible conveying distance depends essentially on the flow properties of the
material.
Fluids, priming materials, colors etc. have good flow properties.
The material hose lengths must be shortened if the operating pressure exceeds 30
bar.
To avoid machine faults, increased wear and tear of the pump motor, pump shaft and
pump, please use original PFT spare parts only such as:
PFT rotors
PFT stators
PFT pump shafts
PFT material hoses.
These are made for each other and form a constructive unit with the machine.
Non-observation will not only make the warranty null and void, the user must also
contend with mortar of bad quality.
11 Mortar pressure manometer
Caution!
The use of a mortar pressure manometer is
recommended for technical safety reasons.

Some advantages of the mortar pressure manometer:
Exact regulation of the correct mortar consistency.
Constant check of the correct pumping pressure.
Early detection of a blockade or overloading of the pump motor.
Creation of pressure release.
Serves to a large extent to safeguard the operators.
Long life span of the PFT pump components.
