Transportation of machine

DANGER!
Danger of injury through mortar discharge!
Face and eyes can be damaged.
Hence:
– Ensure before opening the couplings that
the hoses are depressurized (observe
display on mortar pressure manometer).
Perform the following steps before transportation:
1.
Pull out the main power cable first.
2.
Detach all other cable connections.
3.
Remove water supply line.
4.
Remove loose parts such as e.g., mixing tube cleaner
before the crane transportation.
5.
Start transportation.

On packaging
The individual units are packaged in accordance with the
expected transport conditions. Environment-friendly materials
were used for packaging.
The packaging should protect the individual components from
transport damages, corrosion and other damages up to
installation. Hence, do not destroy the packaging and remove
it only just before installation.
Handling packaging materials
If no return agreement was signed for the packaging, separate
the materials according to type and size and channelize them
for further use or reuse.
CAUTION!
Environment damages due to incorrect
disposal!
Packaging
materials
are
valuable
raw
materials and can be used further or
processed meaningfully and reused in many
cases.
Hence:
– Dispose of packaging material in an
environment-friendly manner.
– Observe the locally applicable disposal
specifications. If necessary, commission a
specialized company to perform the
disposal.
