1.
Set main reverse switch (1) to position "I".
If the yellow control lamp (2) "Change direction of
rotation" lights up, one must change the direction of
rotation in the main reverse switch.
The following steps must be performed if the direction of
rotation is wrong:
Set the main reverse switch (1) to position "0". Then slide
the selector plate (3) to the left or right till it is locked. The
direction of rotation has thus been selected. If the switch
is at the left, the switch can be reset to zero, but is locked
for the position at the right.

Press the green pushbutton Control voltage "ON" (4)
again.
NOTE:
The machine starts only if the yellow control
lamp does not glow.

If the yellow control lamp (2) Change direction of
rotation (2) goes off, see Faults table.

Turn the selector switch of the pressure boosting pump
(1) to the "Manual" position.
2.
Open water extraction valve (5) (Fig. 34), only till water
comes out. Shut the water extraction valve again
3.
Activate the upstream water flow button (2) and keep it
pressed till no air bubbles can be seen in the water flow
gauge.
4.
Regulate presumable water volume at needle valve (3).
Can be viewed at the cone in the sight glass of the water
flow measuring device (4).
NOTE:
Each interruption of the spraying operation
introduces
a
slight
irregularity
in
the
consistency of the material. This irregularity is
normalized automatically after the machine is
under operation for a short duration.
Hence, there is no need to change the water
volume for each irregularity. Wait till the
consistency of the material is restored.
