Knauf MP75 water requirement approx.
600l/h.
Connect water hose (6) at water inlet (7) for the rubber mixing
zone.

DANGER!
Too high operating pressure!
Machine
components
can
bounce
uncontrollably and injure the operator.
– Do not operate the machine without a
mortar pressure manometer.
– Use only mortar hoses with an approved
operating pressure of min. 40 bar.
– The burst pressure of the mortar hose must
reach at least 2.5 times the value of the
operating pressure.

19.1 Checking mortar consistency

1.
Connect the consistency checking tube to the mortar
pressure manometer.
2.
Place a basket or tub under the consistency checking
tube.
