2. Detach the nuts (1) on the tie rod first at the bottom on both sides,
so that possible residual pressure can escape fully.
3. Detach coupling (2) on mortar hose and clean mortar hoses
immediately.
4. Rotate the nuts (1) fully from the tie rod.

5. Press the rotor (3) out of the stator (4) and clean.
6. Clean pressure flange (5) or remixer (ROTOMIX or
ROTOQUIRL).
7. Clean mixing zone and mixing coil with water and scraper.
8. Reassemble pump fully.

NOTE:
The strainer (Article No. 00136619) can be used to
supply clean water to the machine from a tank (see
Page 24 Fig. 31).

Personal
The maintenance jobs described here cannot be performed
by the operator, unless denoted otherwise.
Some maintenance jobs may be performed only by
specially trained mechanics or exclusively by the
manufacturer.
Jobs on the electrical system may in principle be performed
only by electricians.
