3. At the same time, adjust the expected amount of water at the
needle valve (3).
4. Water flow can be seen on the sight glass (4) of the water
flow meter and on the level of the cone (5).
NOTE:
The specifications of the material manufacturer
must be observed here, e.g., Knauf MP75 water
requirement approx. 600l/h.
NOTE:
Each interruption of the spraying operation
introduces a slight irregularity in the consistency
of the material. This irregularity is normalized
automatically after the machine is under
operation for a short duration.
Hence, there is no need to change the water
volume for each irregularity. Wait till the
consistency of the material is restored.

NOTE!
The pump must generally be flushed with water.
Flushing with water makes it easier for the pump
to start up.
1. Connect the water hose (1) to the mixing tube.
2. Remove the blind cover (2) from the lower water nozzle.
3. Press the water supply button (3).
4. Release the water supply button (3) as soon as water
emerges from the lower water nozzle.
5. Screw the blind cover (2) back on the lower water nozzle.

DANGER!
Too high operating pressure!
Machine components can bounce uncontrollably
and injure the operator.
Hence:
– Do not operate the machine without a mortar
pressure manometer.
– Use only mortar hoses with an approved
operating pressure of min. 40 bar.
– The burst pressure of the mortar hose must
reach at least 2.5 times the value of the
operating pressure.
