36.1 Checking mortar consistency

1. Connect the consistency checking tube to the mortar
pressure manometer.
2. Place a basket or tub under the consistency checking
tube.

section.
36.2 Switching on the RITMO L plus with material

1. Turn main reverse switch (1) to position "I".
2. Press the green pushbutton Control voltage "ON" (2).
3. Put sack contents in the material container.
NOTE:
During the first filling with sack contents, let
half of the half the first sack trickle down
slowly into the material container!
4. Turn selector switch pump motor (3) to the right.

5. Check material consistency at consistency inspection

6. Switch off machine at selector switch (3) (middle position).
7. Remove consistency inspection tube and clean.
