38.4 Opening air cock on the spraying gun

1. Hold the spraying gun in the direction of the wall to be
plastered.
2. Ensure that there are no persons in the discharge area of the
mortar.
3. Open air cock (1) on the spraying gun The machine starts
automatically and the morter is released from the spraying
gun.
4. The machine can be switched on and off by opening and
closing the air cock (1) on the spraying gun.
NOTE:
The correct mortar consistency is reached when
the material flows smoothly on the surface being
plastered (we recommend applying mortar on
the wall surface from top to bottom). Uniform
mixing and spreading is not ensured if the water
quantity is inadequate; the hose can get
blocked, which causes a high degree of wear
and tear in the pump components.
NOTE:
The machine can also be operated without
compressed air. e.g., casting screed. To do this,
switch off the air compressor and work without
the spraying gun. The machine is then switched
on and off with the help of an optional remote
control cable.
38.5 Interruption of work
NOTE!
Generally, the setting times of the materials to be
processed must be observed:
Clean the equipment and hoses as appropriate for
the setting time of the material and the length of
the interruption (take outdoor temperature into
account).
Observe the guidelines of the material
manufacturer regarding interruptions.
