40.1 Emergency-stop switch
Switching off in an emergency
In dangerous situation machine movements have to be stopped
as quickly as possible, and the power supply has to be
disconnected.

Proceed as follows in the event of an emergency:
1. Turn the main switch to position “0”.
2. Secure the main switch against being activated again using
a padlock.
3. Inform supervisors at the site.
4. If necessary, call emergency services.
5. Remove persons from the danger zone and carry
out first-aid measures.
6. Ensure emergency vehicles have unobstructed access.
7. If the seriousness of the emergency warrants this, inform
the responsible authorities.
8. Assign specialist personnel to begin rectifying the fault.
WARNING!
Danger of death due to premature restarting!
All persons in the danger zone are at extreme
risk when the machine is switched back on.
Ensure that the danger zone is clear before
switching the machine back on.
9. Check the equipment before switching it back on and ensure
that all safety devices are in place and functioning properly.
41 Measures in case of power cut
41.1 Main switch to position “0“

1. Close the air tap at the spraying gun.
2. Turn the main switch (1) to position "0".
3. Switch off the air compressor at the red switch.
4. Let qualified staff check the power supply.
