40.4 Switch the SWING L FU on again after removing the blockage

1. Let the machine run briefly without mortar hoses.
2. Press the green push button (1) control voltage "ON".
3. Switch on the SWING L FU, turn the selector switch (2) to the right.
4. As soon as material emerges from the pressure flange, turn the
selector switch (2) to position "Zero" (middle position).
5. Connect cleaned mortar hoses to the machine and to the spraying
device.
6. Turn the selector switch (2) to the right.
7. Open the air cock on the sprayer.

1. Turn the main reversing switch (1) to position "0".
2. Push the metal bracket (2) in the opposite direction.
3. Turn the main reversing switch (1) to position "I".
4. Press the green push button (3) control voltage "ON".
5. As soon as material emerges from the pressure flange, press the
red operating button control voltage "OFF" (4).
6. Connect cleaned mortar hoses to the machine and to the spraying
device.
7. Press the green push button (3) control voltage "ON".
8. Open the air cock on the sprayer.

41.1 Securing against restarting
DANGER!
Danger of death due to unauthorised restarting!
When working on rotating parts of the machine, there is
a danger of unauthorised switching on of the electrical
supply. This puts those in the danger area at extreme
risk.
Before starting work, switch off all electrical power
supplies and secure them against being switched
back on again.
If the protective covers are removed for cleaning
purposes, it is essential that they be properly
reattached when work is finished.
