NOTE!
Generally, the setting times of the materials to be
processed must be observed:
Clean the equipment and hoses as appropriate for
the setting time of the material and the length of
the interruption (take outdoor temperature into
account).
Observe
the
guidelines
of
the
material
manufacturer regarding interruptions.
20 Cleaning PFT ZARGOMAT pro
20.1 Cleaning the mortar hose
The spraying gun must be cleaned daily after work and before
prolonged pauses.

1. To switch off the machine.
2. Check the mortar pressure gauge (3) to see if the pressure
has fallen to “0 bar”.
DANGER!
Overpressure on the machine!
When opening machine components, these can
fly open in an uncontrolled manner and injure
the operator.
Only open the machine if the pressure has fallen
to 0 bar.
3. Release cam lever (2) and uncouple mortar hose (1) from
the mortar pressure gauge.
NOTE!
The mortar hoses and spray gun must be cleaned
immediately at the end of work.
