Speakers
1.
Release the speaker cables from their clamps.
2.
Release the tape from the speaker cables.
3.
Unplug the speaker connector from the SSB.
4.
Take the speakers out.
When defective, replace the both units.

Stand removal
Caution:
it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Be sure to put the set in
the Service Position.
1.
Remove the fixation screws.
2.
Take the stand out.

IR/LED Board
1.
Release the tape from the IR/LED cable.
2.
Remove all fixation screws from the IR/LED board.
3.
Gently release the clips that hold the board and take it out
from the bezel.
4.
Unplug both the connectors from the IR/LED board.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

Keyboard Control unit
1.
Release the tape from the keyboard control cable.
2.
Gently release the clips that hold the board and take it out
from the bezel.
3.
Unplug the connector from the keyboard control panel.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

LCD Panel
1.
Remove the SSB as described earlier.
2.
Remove the PSU as described earlier.
3.
Remove the iBoard as described earlier.
4.
Remove the speakers as described earlier.
5.
Remove the stand as described earlier.
6.
Release the keyboard control unit cable from its clamps
and unplug the keyboard control unit cable from the IR/LED
board.
7.
Remove the fixation screws that secure the LCD panel with
the bezel.
8.
Lift the LCD Panel from the bezel.
9.
Remove the fixation screws that secure the panel with the
metal subframe.
When defective, replace the whole unit.

Set Re-assembly
To re-assemble the whole set, execute all processes in reverse
order.
Notes:
•
While re-assembling, make sure that all cables are placed
and connected in their original position. See
•
Pay special attention not to damage the EMC foams on the
SSB shields. Ensure that EMC foams are mounted
correctly.
