Note: The position numbers given here refers to the
Exploded view on chapter 10.
4.1
Dismantling of the DVD Tray cover
1) Insert a screw-driver into the slot provided at the bottom
of the set and push in the direction as shown in
picture 4-1 to unlock before sliding the Tray cover
assembly 910 out.

2) Remove the Tray cover assembly 910 as shown in
Figure
4-2.

Dismantling of the Front Panel assembly
1) Remove 7 screws 220+240 to loosen Top cover 196.
2) Remove the DVD Tray cover as given in step 4-1.
3) Loosen the Digital Board 1001 & HDD 1007+264 as given
in
step
4-3.
4) Loosen 3 screws and 2 catches as shown in Figure 4-3
to separate the Front panel assembly from the Frame
assembly

5) Remove 6 screws to loosen the Front plate 184 to reach
the Front board service position (see Figure 4-4).

Dismantling of the Digital Board / HDD
1) Remove 4 screws to loosen the Digital Board 1001 as
shown in Figure 4-5.
