tomato, cheese & anchovy sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
- 1 or 2 tomatoes (cut into slices)
- 2 tbs of grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 anchovies
- paprika
- marjoram

Preheat the sandwich maker.

Put the slices of tomato, the anchovies and the grated cheese on two slices of bread.

Sprinkle the filling with some paprika and marjoram and put the other two slices of bread on
top.

Toast the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes.
