The valtage is not in the

Check with specialist on whether the valtage is in the
normal range.
•
Check if too many appliances are plugged in the same
connector, or if the cord extension is too long.
•
If you cannot resolve the problem, do not disassemble the
appliance.
Take the appliance to your Philips dealer or a
service center authorized by Philips.
Overheat protection of
the inner circuit board. E7
displays on the screen.

Check if the air inlets at the bottom of the appliance is
blocked.
•
Check if the temperature around the appliance is too high.
•
When the error code displays on the screen, the
appliance switches off automatically. After the temperature
of the appliance drops down, if the appliance still works
fine, then the error is caused by overheat protection.
•
If you cannot resolve the problem, do not disassemble the
appliance.

Check if there is no water or very little water in the inner
pot.
•
Check if the inner pot is overheated.
•
During the cooking process, if the appliance boils dry, the
boil dry protection will be activated. This is normal. Switch
off the appliance when the error code displays, unplug the
appliance and take out the inner pot. When the inner pot
and appliance cool down, they will resume working.
•
If you cannot resolve the problem, do not disassemble the
appliance.
