Manicure & Pedicure
• The shaping file
G
smoothes your nails to the shape you
require. Hold the file with light pressure against the nail
edge (see fig. 14).
• The fine file
H
finishes the nail edges (see fig. 15).
Clean files with cleaning brush after use.
• The cuticle pusher
I
with slanted side up, gently pushes
back cuticles. Use your favourite cuticle remover agent
when using the cuticle pusher (see fig. 16).
• The callous remover
J
smoothes away callouses on
finger-tips, the palm of the hand and the sole of the foot.
Move the callous remover gently over the callous spot
against the direction in which the callous has been formed
(see fig. 17).
Clean the callous remover with the cleaning brush after
use.
Massage
We recommend you not to use the attachments
K
,
L
,
M
and
N
on swollen, infected or broken skin or on skin with
any kind of rash, nor for alleviating any kind of pain of which
you do not know the cause.
Consult your doctor in this case.
• The cream applicator
K
is especially suitable for
massaging moisturizing, protective, conditioning or other
creams into the skin.
Apply a spot of cream to the applicator and spread cream
evenly over the face using gentle rotating strokes.
The gently tapping movement of the applicator ensures
that cream penetrates deeply into the skin to achieve the
required cosmetic effect.
5
Use of a good conditioning cream helps both to maintain
the suppleness of the skin as well as preventing premature
formation of wrinkles.
Apply the cream massaging it into the skin for 5-10
minutes. Move the applicator from chin to temple and from
centre of forehead outwards (see fig. 18).
• The scalp massager
M
is ideal for massaging the scalp.
The blood circulation through the skin is stimulated which
helps the hair to regain its natural sheen.
Brush your hair against the direction of growth and then
massage moving from the temple towards the crown and
back (see fig. 19).
• The massage roll
L
relaxes the deeper lying muscles like
the muscles in the neck and the shoulder muscles and it
stimulates the blood circulation.
Move the appliance in a rotating movement and with light
pressure over the areas which you want to massage (see
fig. 20).
• The body massager
N
will firm up the smaller muscles
directly under the skin and intensifies the blood circulation.
It is extremely suitable for massage of the cheeks and the
chin.
Move the appliance in a rotating movement and with light
pressure over the areas which you want to massage (see
fig. 21).
