Surround sound depends on factors such as room
shape and size, type of wall and ceiling, windows and
reflective surfaces, and speaker acoustics. Experiment
with the speaker positions to find the optimum setting
for you.
Follow these general guidelines for speakers
placement.

Seating position:
This is the center of your listening area.

FRONT CENTER
(front center) speaker:
Place the center speaker directly in front of
the seating position, either above or below
your TV.

FRONT LEFT
(front left) and
FRONT
RIGHT
(front right) speakers:
Place the left and right speakers in the
front, and at equal distance from the center
speaker. Make sure that the left, right, and
the center speakers are at equal distance
from your seating position.

REAR LEFT
(rear left) and
REAR RIGHT
(rear right) speakers:
Place the rear surround speakers to the
left and right side of your seating position,
either in line with it or slightly behind it.

SUBWOOFER
(subwoofer):
Place the subwoofer at least one meter
to the left or right of the TV. Leave about
10-centimeter clearance from the wall.

Wireless box (receiver)
:
Place the wireless box in between the rear
speakers for cable connection.
Pair up the rear speakers
For the first time connection, pair up the
rear speakers with the home theater via the
supplied wireless box (receiver).
What you need
•
Connect the rear speakers (left and right)
to the supplied wireless box (receiver) and
make sure to match the color between the
speaker cables and the connectors.
•
Connect the wireless box to AC power to
power it on.

Press and hold
CONNECT
(connect) on
the wireless box for five seconds.

The indicator on the front of the
wireless box blinks at a fast rate for
thirty seconds. Complete the following
steps within thirty seconds.

At the home menu status (press ), press
and hold
(blue button) on the remote
control until
PAIRING
(PAIRING) blinks on
the display panel of the home theater.

If the pairing succeeds,
PAIRED
(PAIRED) is displayed and the indicator
on the wireless box lights up.

If the pairing fails,
FAILED
(FAILED)
is displayed and the indicator on the
wireless box blinks at a slower rate.
Repeat the steps above to re-connect
the rear speakers.
