A
After you finish setting up the cardiograph, it may be used on a limited
basis until the battery has been fully charged. It is recommended that
the battery be charged as soon as possible for at least 16 hours. To
charge the battery, plug the cardiograph into the wall outlet with the
switch set to Standby (off).

To Remove the Battery:
1. Unplug the cardiograph from AC power.
2. Turn the cardiograph bottom-side up.
3. Slide the battery door in the direction of the arrow until it unlatches
(approximately 1/2 inch), as shown in Figure A-2 . Lift off the door.
