Attach the lower cross beam to the assembly. Use
1 bolt and 1 washer to fasten one cross beam to
the assembly. The location of the cross beam is in
between the two bolts already in the base.

Once the lower cross beam is attached, attach the
second assembly of parts to the other side of the
cross beam.

Slide the hangers onto the remaining cross beam.
Install the cross beam with the hanger. To install
take the remaining bolts and washers and place
them into the holes of the vertical beam.
