LED green: normal operation.

Red flash with the Input Level Led quickly blinking means AC off for
abnormal voltage, faster indicates over voltage protect, and slower indicates
low voltage protect.

Green slow flashing indicates standby.
4.
Red indicates over Load protect.
5.
Red intermittent blinking means over temperature protect.
