Both the local subnet mask and the local IP address, and the subnet mask and IP address
for device 2, are ANDed bit-by-bit by the software to determine whether device 2 is located
in the local subnetwork. If the results of the ANDing are the same, both devices are in the
same network. If the results differ, the packets are forwarded to the router/default gateway.

System data
This menu can be used to enter other important information, such as the mounting location
or service contact for the device.
