Account Usage
The main status screen displays an Account History containing the
number of data messages used for the month as well as historical
usage. Data messages are those used during a wireless data transfer
to or from the unit. They are sent whenever an alarm is delivered,
a machine-to-machine command is sent, programming changes
are made, or if the
Status Refresh/Programming Refresh
links are
clicked. The number of data messages used per transaction varies
depending on the type of transaction and the programming param-
eters within the unit. Some typical values are listed below:

Alarm History
An alarm history log is available on the web page to provide details
on alarms that have occurred and whom acknowledged them. The
log can be queried by entering a start and end date range, or by
selecting one of the
QuickDates
options. You must have the
Send
alarm events to the server
option enabled in order for the alarm
events to appear on the web page. This option is configured on the
Notification programming screen. Note that the time stamps appear-
ing on the web page do not indicate when the alarm occurred, but
rather the time that they were received by the web server.
