5 Functionality
FrameCombine_ForceTimeout
The transmission of the combined frame is forced by writing to
the
FrameCombine_ForceTimeout
property.
When the FrameCombine is finished by a timeout, then the remaining data in the combined
frame will be filled with filler data: the first two pixels of every filler row have the values 0xBB
(decimal 187) and 0x44 (decimal 68). The remaining pixels of the filler rows have the value 0.
An example is shown in Fig. 5.14. The timeout occured after the second frame and the two
remaining frames are filled with dummy data.
DataFormat3D
=2 is used in this example.
The FrameCombine mode is only available in 3Donly mode.
When acquisition is stopped, then a pending combined frame will be discarded.
To get the pending combined frame, a
FrameCombine_ForceTimeout
command must
be sent prior to stopping the acquisition.
