: Final check list
A.
Play the test disc: Verify that all solenoids, keys, and pedals are functioning
properly. Test all functions of the controller and the remote control.
B.
Neatly secure all cables and cords to the beams with the proper fasteners.
C.
Check the components to ensure that they are securely installed:
•
Power supply
•
Driver boards
•
Solenoid rails
•
Pedal solenoid (ensure that jam nuts are tight)
D.
Mount the rail cover as explained in Step 13B. The CPU driver cover must
be secured to the rail cover. Attach the rail cover to the CPU driver cover
with the screws provided. Make sure that no cables or wires have been
pinched between the cover and the piano.
E.
Check the solenoids to ensure that all of the hammers are in the rest
position. Repeat the playing of the test disc, the note to note portion, and
check for the proper playing of the piano.
F.
Operate the system for at least 12 hours continuously. Recheck the piano
and the PianoDisc system for proper operation.
