TY FOR APPLIANCES WHICH ARE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH
UPON INSPECTION BY TECHNICAL SERVICE.
CONDITIONS OF VALID WARRANTY - REPAIR METHODS
IN OBSERVANCE OF THE NEW EUROPEAN REGULATIONS, PIKDARE S.P.A.
AND CA-MI S.R.L. LIST A FEW FUNDAMENTAL POINTS FOR PRESERVING
THE HYGIENE OF THE APPLIANCE AND THE OPERATORS WHO USE IT. CA-
MI S.R.L. AND PIKDARE S.p.A. TRUST THAT THESE REGULATIONS WILL BE
OBSERVED IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE HYGIENE AND HEALTH OF ALL
OPERATORS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN QUALITY AND WELLNESS.
Any appliance which is returned to the PIC Technical Service Centre will be sub-
jected to hygiene checks before being repaired. If the PIC Technical Service Cen-
tre deems the appliance unsuitable for repair due to visible signs of external and/
or internal contamination, the appliance will be returned to the customer clearly
marked APPLIANCE NOT REPAIRED with a letter of explanation on the defects found
attached to it. CA-MI S.r.l. and the PIC Technical Service Centre will assess whether
the contamination is caused by poor operation or incorrect use. CA-MI S.r.l. and
PIKDARE S.p.A. will not be liable for any accessories that show signs of contamina-
tion, therefore the PIC Technical Service Centre will replace them and charge the
material cost to the customer.
As concerns the above, it is COMPULSORY to carefully disinfect the external carcass
using a cloth dampened with denatured alcohol or hypochlorite based solutions,
as well as the accessories, submerging them in the same disinfecting solutions.
Place them in a bag labelled disinfected appliance and accessories. We ask that you
always specify the defect found in order to be able to carry out the repair as quickly
as possible. We therefore ask that you carefully read the instructions for use in or-
der to prevent compromising the appliance with unsuitable use. We ask that you
always specify the defect found so that the technicians at the PIC Technical Service
Centre will be able to assess whether or not the defect is covered under warranty.
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase against any material
or construction defect as long as no unauthorised operations or tampering has
been carried out on the appliance. The warranty is valid only if the appliance is
returned to the PIC TECHNICAL SERVICE CENTRE accompanied by the fiscal receipt
which proves the purchase date. The term warranty means the replacement or
repair of the appliance’s components which are found to be defective from their
origin due to manufacturing defects.
