Programme Outline
Programme 1
The so called high frequency programmes with 100 Hz (100 pulses per second)
are useful for the reducing of acute pain, which means pain that has occurred not
long ago.
The therapy can be repeated several times a day. During the treatment the
pain-reducing feeling is strong, also shortly after the treatment. The stimulation
should not prepare pain. Neither during the treatment nor after the treatment; if
necessary the intensity of current respectively the frequency of treatment has to
be reduced, or programme 2 has to be choosed.
The Programme 1 can also be used as an alternative to the low frequency
Programme 3 (running with 2 Hz), if this one is not successful in its effect.
