Versions with direct transmission
Procedure to be followed for cleaning or changing the calibrated nozzle:
- Give the automatic stop command.
- Turn off the power with the switch on the wall.
- Turn off the line tap.
- Ensure that there is no compressed air inside the separator, checking the pressure gauge provided.
- Discharge the pressure from the circuit.
- Unscrew and remove the non-return valve connected to the oil recovery flexible pipe (Fig.14b) turning the hexagon with the special
spanner.
- Clean the calibrated nozzle by blowing with compressed air.
- Check the state of the calibrated nozzle.
- Reassemble the nozzle.

CLEANING OF THE OIL RECOVERY GEAR BOX
The Oil Recovery System (picture A), includes a filter (picture B).
For the filter cleaning proceed to the following operations:
1.
Switch off the Compressor.
2.
Switch off power: turn the switch on position "0"
ATTENTION: HOT PARTS INSIDE.
3
Remove the joint and then the filter (picture B).
4.
Clean the filter with a jet of air
5.
Reassemble.
