5.7 DIAGNOSIS WHEN AMP ERROR OR PRODUCT OVERHEAT IS DISPLAYED
Confirm that there is no short-circuit
with C9201, C9202, C9203, C9204,
GND, other parts, and patterns.
Point to be checked when AMP ERROR is displayed
1. Check the amp input line and confirm that there is no short-circuit with the other patterns.
AV UNIT (Side A)
2. Check the OFFSET detection signal line and confirm that there is no incorrectly mounted part, or short-circuit with
the other patterns.
Confirm that SYSCON Pin 142 is DC3.3V, when voice is turned off.
If not so, confirm that R4296 is incorrectly mounted, and the OFFSET signal line is not short-circuited with the other
parts and patterns.
Point to be checked when Product Overheat is displayed
1. Confirm that the following parts are mounted on the SOC Unit correctly.
R7207, R7208, TH7201
2. Confirm voltage of the following SYSCOM Pin on the Service IF Unit.
Confirm that Pin 171 is not short-circuited with the neighbor Pin.
3. Recovery is failed even by “ACC OFF => ON” when Product Overheat is displayed, SOC may have another problem.
Change the SD Card and the SOC Unit, and confirm the trouble detail.
