3. BASIC ITEMS FOR SERVICE
3.1 CHECK POINTS AFTER SERVICING
To keep the product quality after servicing, please confirm following check points.
For check items concerning voice, please refer to the followings:

If the customer complain occurs with the specific

Deterioration of mecha-drive can be checked.
The error rate must be less than the threshold value.

Measure playback error rates at the innermost and
outermost tracks by using the test mode with the
