CNDV-100MT
This software upgrade will result in changes to certain
features and availability of information. While the
changes are intended to improve the overall user
experience for most users, Pioneer and its licensors
disclaim any warranty or liability for damages in
connection with such changes.
This software requires that the navigation unit be
properly connected to your vehicle

s parking brake. If
not properly connected and depending on your vehicle,
additional installation may be required. For more
information, please contact your Authorized Pioneer

Models to be upgraded
This package can upgrade the software pro-
gram and database of the following models:
AVIC-D1, AVIC-D2, AVIC-D3, AVIC-N1, AVIC-
N2, AVIC-N3, AVIC-N4, AVIC-N5
Manual overview
This manual is a supplementary document
that summarises the points that will be re-
newed after upgrading your navigation system
by using CNDV-100MT.
For customers using AVIC-D3,
AVIC-N4, AVIC-N5, CNDV-70MTP,
CNDV-80MT or CNDV-90MT
By upgrading the navigation system with
these discs, the points described in this man-
ual are changed.

the broadcast station
The other operations are essentially the same
as those at the time you purchased the hard-
ware. Use the Operation Manual included in
the hardware package as your primary refer-
ence.
For customers using AVIC-N2,
AVIC-N3, AVIC-D1, AVIC-D2 or
CNDV-60M (CNDV-60MP)
By upgrading the navigation system with
these discs, following points are changed.

XM Satellite Radio in the lineup and icon of
the broadcast station
The other operations are essentially the same
as those at the time you purchased the hard-
ware. Use the Operation Manual included in
the hardware package as your primary refer-
ence.
Even if you upgrade AVIC-N2 with these discs,
the following AV functions do not become the
same as AVIC-N3.

For customers using AVIC-N1 or
CNDV-50MT (CNDV-50MTP)
By upgrading AVIC-N1 with these discs, many
changes will take place including changes to
the menu configuration. For the operations
other than those described in this manual, ob-
tain the Operation Manual for AVIC-N2 and
use it as your primary reference.
Even if you upgrade AVIC-N1 with these discs,
the following AV functions do not become the
same as AVIC-N3.

If you have already upgraded your AVIC-N1
by using CNDV-50MT (CNDV-50MTP), you
do not need to obtain the Operation Man-
ual for AVIC-N2. Use the Operation Manual
supplied with CNDV-50MT (CNDV-50MTP)
as your primary reference.

WHICH YOU PURCHASED THEM. USE OF
THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE
YOUR CONSENT TO THE LICENSE AGREE-
MENT.

GRANT OF LICENSE
Pioneer grants to you a non-transferable, non
exclusive license to use the software installed
on the Pioneer products (the

Software

) and
the related documentation solely for your own
personal use or for internal use by your busi-
ness, only on such Pioneer products.
