The Elite 500 “Ice Rink” Ice Cream Freezer is a unique
system that has a frost-free compartment where
the product is held at 0 degrees Fahrenheit serving
temperature, even in high ambience. Two capacities are
available - 6.5 or 12.25 cubic feet.

.” Food spoilage occurs mainly
because of rapidly accelerated bacteriological activity within
the 40F-140F
“Danger Zone.”
