4.5.1 Start
By pressing key
the card comes on, no selection is shown on DISPLAY1 (fig.1), DISPLAY2
shows the cold room temperature.

Core probe
By pressing key
( Fig. 3 ) the temperature revealed by the core probe is temporarily
displayed.
At the end of the blast chiller/blast freezer cycle the system automatically passes to
conservation mode. The

to end this phase, the machinery shifts to Stand-by mode.
To simplify probe extraction from the product (
after a -18°C blast freezer
), press probe heating
