Settings
What It Does
Feed Gap Type
Stream Feeding,
Selectable Gap
Allows you to set the type of gap that
works best with your print runs.
Stream Feeding
- printer runs as fast as it
can, with the gap between pieces as close
as possible for highest throughput.
Selectable Gap
- allows you the flexibilty to
manually set the gap distance to accom-
modate special material and/or operator
preferences.
Feed Gap Distance
1 - 12.75 inches
(in 0.25 inch
increments)
Allows you to set the distance between
the feeder and printer input roller (which
affects the gap between pieces)
NOTE: This parameter only appears if
Feed Gap Type is set to “Selectable Gap”.

Ink Cartridge
Volume
Normal Capacity,
Extended Capacity
Allows you to set the type of cartridge so
the printer can calculate remaining ink
percentage.
Normal Capacity
- based on the ink used
in the HP 51645A print cartridge
Extended Capacity
- based on the
reservoir system, which is nine times the
volume of the HP 51645A ink cartridge
