Built-in Functionality
Overview
Once the EDGE Telephony Gateway has been set up and any devel-
opment work has been completed, an agent can use the EDGE tele-
phony gateway by following these steps:
1.
Log in with a workstation ID. For more information, see the sec-
tion
2.
Select either Auto-Dial or Auto-Receive from the Call Center
screen (F2 and F1 respectively from $OP if using ASCII opera-
tions).
3.
Select Start from the Auto-Dial or Auto-Receive screen. This
activates the built-in telephony functionality of EDGE.
