4.1 Before the first use
4.1.1 Hob

4.1.2 Oven
Manufacturing residues or oil having which have remained in the cooking
compartment or on the heating element may cause some odours and smoke
emission. These are normal operational parameters, which will disappear after
several uses.

Heat the appliance (empty and closed) before you use it for the first time for
cooking to remove the residues and the resulting odours

OW TO HEAT THE OVEN
1.
Remove all packaging material.
2.
Clean the oven inside from all protective agents.
3.
Take out the supplied accessories and clean them with warm water and washing-
up liquid.
4.
Switch on the room ventilation or open a window.
5.
Let the oven operate for 30 minutes (top and bottom heat or similar oven

ROGRAMMING OF THE OVEN
). A little bit of
smoke and odour may be generated for approx. 15 minutes. This is normal. They
are generated by the substance, that protects your appliance against damage
caused by the shipment from the manufacturer's works.

Clean the oven with warm water and washing-up liquid only.

of the appliance) has been removed before initial operation.
4.1.3 Cleaning of the accessories

Clean the accessories which are included in delivery using warm soapy water and
a soft cloth before you use the appliance for the first time.
