Before the first use
1.
Clean the appliance thoroughly. Be very careful especially inside the appliance
(look at chap. 8).
2.
After having installed the appliance wait 4-6 hours before you connect it
to the mains.

The appliance must be correctly connected to the mains.

Switch on the appliance. The red light goes on. Do not switch off the appliance
now. The green light goes on and the compressor starts operation.
5.
The noise generated by the compressor and the gases/liquids of the appliance is
normal.

Do not store food in the appliance immediately after installation. Wait until the
appliance has reached the desired temperature. Check the temperature with a
freezing thermometer

7.
In an event of a power failure, do not open the door; so your food can remain
in the appliance for 20 hours.

Because of the difference of pressure the door is difficult to open shortly after
closing. Wait a few minutes and you can open the door easily.

Operation parameters
Following factors will affect the cooling power of your appliance. The appliance
can only reach the relevant temperatures, when:
a)
the average ambient temperature is between 16°C and 38°C.
b)
the doors close properly.
c)
you do not open the doors too often or too long.
d)
the door seals are in satisfactory condition.
e)
the diameter of the encrusted ice is maximum 7 mm.
f)
the appliance is installed in a suitable place.
