A little history / Why the plancha ?
Barbecues and traditional grills are slowy being replaced by plancha griddle, more
versatile and better liked for :

surface for direct food cooking.

Their mechanical qualities : hardness, resistance to shocks, tractions, corrosion
and a surface of inertia which prevents subtances being in contact with the food.

guarantees a healthy and tasty cooking.

Stainless steel enables a quick heating up of the plancha griddle with heat
concentration at the centre and lower at the edges, thus enabling precise
cooking.

The speed gained enables the efficient cooking of a maximum and varied type of
food.

Their easy cleaning of the hot plate ( leave to cool) with clean water or white
vinegar.
Our history
Plancha Tonio is, for more than 17 years, a team of men and women who ensure a
label of quality and dedication towards an Art de vivre. More than 30 models are
manufactured in our premises, 100 % made in France. Models developed by a highy
specialized team of engineers and technicians.
