Merchant ID:
The merchant ID is similar to a username and is used by the Payment
Gateway to authenticate transactions.
Merchant Transaction Key:
The merchant transaction key is similar to a password and
is used by the Payment Gateway to authenticate transactions.
Payment Gateway URL:
The Payment Gateway verifies the URL specified in the post
string against the URLs in this field.
