Sun Lounge Assembly Instructions
Assemble the Door (Right Entrance Option)
Assemble the lower portion of the door.
Lock the connectors in place with pins.
Remove the plastic film from a PN1 panel.
Slide the PN1 panel into the lower portion of the
door in the side channels.
Assemble the upper portion of the door. Place the
DoorW1 door handle connector on the left side of
the door.
Note:
The larger handle always faces the outside.
Screw the Dow1 Lock Holder through the E2 profile
in the pin hole.
Lock the parts of the door in place with pins.
Remove the plastic film from a PN53 panel.
Slide the PN53 panel into the upper portion of the
door.
Attach the Door12 Slider to complete the door.
Lock the parts of the door in place with pins.
Take the roll of GF sealer and pull out enough for the
bottom of the PN1 panel and cut it to length.
Note:
Split the GF sealer before you cut it
Align it with the channel of the E2 profile.
Push it in to seal the PN1 panel with the GT1 pin &
glazing tool. Repeat for the top of the PN1 panel and
the bottom and top of the PN53 panel.
Take the roll of GF sealer, pull out enough for one
side of the PN1 panel, cut it to length, and align it
with the channel of the E1 profile.
Push it in to seal the PN1 panel with the GT1 pin &
glazing tool. Repeat for the other side of the PN1
panel and also for the upper PN53 panel.
