I cannot move the foot pedal:
You must be able to move the foot pedal:
Check the food pedal for dirt, remove excess dirt.
Contact your supplier.
o
I cannot open the lid:
Remove excess dirt from the lock or the edges of the lid.;
Try to turn the key to the left and the right. Some locks open to the left and others to the right.
If this does not solve the problem contact your supplier.
