On a flat work surface, lay out the 2" x 4" x 96" and 2" x 4" x 46

Lay bracket flat on the board. Slide bracket until the stops on the
underside are tight against the boards as shown.

Use the bracket as a drill guide and drill four

the board. Attach with #8 x 1
