This document describes the site requirements to install a Plockmatic PowerSquare™
160 with a standard stacker or optional accessories PBS Book Stacker and/or P2T 2-
Knife Trimmer.

Environment

Floor surface and cover
• Only install the PSQ160 on a level floor.
• The PowerSquare 160 needs a solid and durable floor. Deep pile carpet and thick,
cushioned underlays can cause problems when the machines are moved.
16.3
Access
• The PSQ160 is 830 mm wide.
• The PBS Book Stacker is L-shaped. Dependent on access, it may fit through a
standard-size doorway.
• The P2T 2-Knife Trimmer is 565mm wide, without the outfeed table.
• If the equipment is installed up or down stairs, give special consideration to how you
lift and move the equipment.

Space needed to unload the machines
These products are shipped on bespoke pallets. The pallets include ramps that are used
to unload the machines.
