Stand with your hand hold the wall or tree, with one feet back, keep back leg up-right and
slant forward to wall or tree. Keep 10~15 seconds, then relax, repeat 3 times every leg.(see
figure 3).
4. Quadriceps stretch
Helps balance wall or table with his left hand, and then the right hand back, seize the right ankle
slowly to the hips, until you feel in front of the thigh muscles tense. Maintain 10 ~ 15 seconds, then
relax. Each leg repeat 3 times (see figure 4).
5. Sartorius (thigh muscles)
Foot, knee outward and sat down. Hands seize feet pulled in the direction of the groin. Maintain 10 ~
15 seconds, then relax
