5.
There is air coming out of one of the fittings
This happens if a hose has loosened up and needs to be pushed back in. If this does
not fix it the fitting is defective and will have to be replaced call technical support.
6.
The unit is not charging
This happens if unit attachment is not properly pushed all the way in and the nut
tightened. If battery connection light on the charger does not light up call technical
support.
7.
I can’t adjust the height?
Our newer models need no height adjustment. For an older model, there are 2 black
4 prong knobs that have to be completely removed before lifting the unit.
8.
The unit won’t lift a patient
This happens when there is a leak somewhere, usually in one of the air hoses. Start
by putting full air into the unit listen for air releasing. Find the leak! If it is an air hose
to a fitting push the hose into the fitting.
9. Nothing is turning on or working
This happens on some models when the charger is still plugged in. Unplug it.
10. I can’t adjust the width
Lock wheels on one side. Unlock the pull pins in the back. Then lift the unit and drag
to one side. It helps if you have a helper and they can stand on the rail of the side you
are dragging. Repeat to the other side. See page 13 in this PneuWalker™ Assembly
