shown below). Keep your weight on the left foot on the ground.
When you’re ready, move your weight on the leg already positioned on the scooter and
quickly seat the second leg on the machine as possible symmetrically from the center
of the product.
TIP - Relax and walk quickly with confidence. Most people focus too much on this step.
Imagine you climb a step. Once you have climbed the scooter, try to look forward.

Step 6: Keep your balance
- Identify your center of gravity. If your weight is
distributed evenly on the scooter, you will feel on the scooter like when you sit on
the ground.
NOTE - On average, a person is required 3-5 minutes to accommodate with the scooter.
Having people around you when you learn to utilize the product will give you a sense
of security. PNI Escort T1B is a very intuitive device, detecting the slightest movement.
Therefore, any agitation will rturn the product difficult to control. The best way to combat
anxiety is starting to have someone along.
TIP - Stay relaxed, and apply pressure evenly on both feet. Relax your muscles as much
as possible. Slight flexing of the knees can help. Once you hold the balance on PNI

If you start to turn in some direction, focus on turning in the opposite direction to stop.
