Step 8: Getting off the scooter
- Descent from the device can be one of the lightest
steps, but if done incorrectly. To descend properly, turn off the product, lift one leg
and place it behind the machine. Then descend and the second leg.
NOTE - A common mistake is to descend in front of the scooter
7. PROTECTION FUNCTION
The various system errors or failure are reported by the device in several ways: warning
light, warning sound, the device stops or device does not come into balans to prevent

Situations that can activate the protection function are:

Situations that may cause the device to stop:
▪ If the scooter’s platform tilt forward or backward more than 35 degrees

▪ Battery voltage is less than the recommended value

climb on the scooter when operating indicator is red.
5. Do not try to open the device’s case. This will void the warranty.
6. Never use PNI Escort T1B in order to endanger you or others.
7. Never use PNI Escort T1B when you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Never use PNI Escort T1B when you are nervous or tired.
9. Always avoid to put yourself in dangerous situations when you move using PNI Escort
T1B.
10. Never use PNI Escort T1B to perform jumps or other stunts. PNI Escort T1B IS NOT
A SKATEBOARD.
11. Do not turn sharply, especially when you move at high speed.
12. Don’t rotate in place for a long period of time
13. Do not force your product. It may malfunction and cause injury.
14. Don’t move near water, mud, sand, stones etc.
15. PNI Escort T1B can be used on smooth, paved terrain.
16. Do not use the product while it rains / snows or when it is very hot outside.
17.Do not use th scooter near swimming pools.
18.If you are not sure you can move easily over uneven terrain, please get off, and
overcome the obstacle with product in hand.
19. Do not try to go over obstacles higher than 1 cm when you move using PNI Escort
T1B.
20. Pay attention to surroundings when using PNI Escort T1B.
21.Don’t use the scooter in crowded spaces.
22.Pay spacial attention when using the product indoor.
