QUICK START GUIDE
Install IR Emitter into
car with tip of the
blue LED facing out
the side window of
the car.

Download and install
the Pocket Pit app from
the Apple App Store or
Google Play.

Open the app and tap
on the settings button.
Enter the serial number
found on the bottom of
your device.

From the home screen tap the lap timer button
and then tap Auto in the top right-hand corner.

When you are ready to race, position
the receiver box at the side of the track
and turn it on by pressing the black
switch.
Keep the distance between your device
and the receiver box below 10m.

: Tap connect and wait
for your connection to be
established.
Android
: The app will now
search and connect to your
device.
When connected the
connection window will
close automatically and you
are ready to start your run.

When your car passes the box for
the first time the timer will begin
automatically and tell you your lap
time each time you pass the
receiver box.
iOS
: The app can give you minute
by minute updates and will tell you
when run time is complete.
Android:
The app will tell you
when your run has started, when
you have 30 secs remaining and
when your run is complete.
