Defrosting finishes when the evaporator temperature is above the value of parameter d2 or if the temperature has not
been reached within the required time set by parameter d3. In this case there is an alarm signal.
8.4
Ice cream hardening
Pressing this area enables selection of an ice cream hardening cycle.
This is a time controlled blast-freezing cycle with the set point provided by parameter r8 and the duration by
parameter r24. At the end of the time set by r24, there is no move to a conservation phase, the hardening cycle
continues until the
key is pressed.
If the door is opened the time count stops and restarts when the door is closed.
