key has been pressed, the proofing cycle starts up. It is not possible to
modify the set points while the cycle is in progress. If a phase is set at 0, it will not be run. In the blast chilling phase
the cabinet humidity control can be omitted using parameter rU4, but this must be set in the other phases. The
conservation phase may be omitted by setting the time to “---“.

Making changes to cycle end date and time
The
icon is displayed on the bottom left of the screen showing the date and time set for the end of the cycle,
which are calculated automatically by the controller on the basis of the sum of times set for each individual phase
(from phase 1 to phase 4).
Pressing the CYCLE END area makes it possible to change the date and time of the cycle end. Make sure to change the
time first and then change the date. To confirm the new time and date, go back to the cycle start screen. To restore
the previous time and date, press the REFRESH key
.
NB: Time and date can be changed provided they are later than the first appropriate value calculated by the controller.
